Sims 4 Likes & Dislikes: Too Little Too Late or Just Meh?

In this video, I'm looking at the new Sims 4 update that added Likes & Dislikes to the game. This is something we really needed in TS4, and it does add more depth. But does it add enough? Or is it too little too late?
