For some reason, many people only think California, Oregon, Washington, and New York have homeless. They have more than most, but they don’t have all the homeless. No state is immune when it comes to having a portion of its population living on the streets.
A lot of things go into how a state gets a higher homeless population. It’s not just the state or cities policies or politics. Those are a big part but you have to look at climate, economy, population density, and Cost Of Living.
