New Town Gwadar Rates Phase 3 & 4 - November 2020

New Town Gwadar is a residential housing project by Baluchistan Govt and it was launched in 1985 initially when Gwadar Port was planned. This is a detailed video providing information of New Town Gwadar Phase 3 and Phase 4 Plot rates and development status.

New Town Phase 3 and Phase 4 are located closer to West Side Bay area giving access to Padizer and Marine Drive Gwadar. Residential and commercial plots of different sizes are available. Since the project is old, all plots are available on full payment.

As far as the development goes, both phases are almost 90% non developed. Some segments of New Town Phase 4 are disputed as well.
That gives edge to New Town Phase 1 and 2 plots for investment as well as construction.
