Welcome back to another "Make it Monday's"... by now I hope that you are all enjoying the Ayurvedic series as much as I am.

Its week three and I am confident to share that Ayurveda has really changed my hair regime. I've been using this particular spray for the last three weeks and have experienced less shedding and breakage. Prior to discovering my new hair regime I felt as though my locs were going to snap off and leave me all alone 🙃.

Thankfully with the use of the herbal shampoo bar I've managed to cleanse my hair minus the the stripping and and treat my daughter and sons dry and itchy scalp condition. Please check out video below.
