Ravioli Pots! Part One - Selecting a template, texturing slabs - cutting out two shapes for the pot.
Ravioli or envelope pots are created by taking to slabs of clay of the identical shape and joining them on at least two sides to create a pot much like you might make a ravioli. In this video, two silhouettes are demonstrated. Two different techniques for making textured slabs are shown. The silhouettes are used to cut out two clay slabs for each which will be used in Part Two to construct a finished Ravioli Pot.
