There are exactly 68 days left until the exhibition in July, and today brought the ultimate manufacturing challenge. In this episode of building an African brand from zero, I am processing and manufacturing Lean Glow—our signature skin-enhancing snack.

After sourcing the raw materials last week, today was supposed to be a seamless day of production and dehydration. Instead, a sudden blackout threw a massive wrench into my timeline.
