Baby Back Ribs on the Pit Boss 1150

New Youtube channel since I have the other one set for car/dyno tuning/datalogging for customers. In here we test out the 225* and the 250* settings on the Pit Boss 1150 since folks say there is an issue. I won't say it's a full issue but a change in how to set up the temps. Pit Boss informed me to set it up high so the auger can learn to spin a bit faster for the higher temps and this helps regulate lower temps better.
