Watching my mom show up for herself year after year reminds me that fitness isn’t about looking a certain way it’s about staying strong, healthy, and active as you age!!

When I’m older, I hope I’m still moving, training, and feeling as good as she does!!

These adjustable dumbbells from @echelon.fit are perfect because we can each customize the weight to our fitness level (since I go heavier than her).

Remember age is just a number. Consistency is what matters.
