6700XT Crashing My PC on starting Legacy of Thieves

Changing my 6700XT GPU from OC to Performance to stop it from crashing my PC when running Legacy of Thieves (While it seems the GPU has issue's the 5800X also has something going on, so this will require more testing) I'll add more here once I know for sure.
