How to Choose the Correct Shutter Speed for Photography

In this week's video, I'll discuss my thoughts on how to choose the correct shutter speed for the image you're trying to create. I'll go through my approach to using the appropriate shutter speed for the image I have in mind as well as some tips for techniques like panning and long exposures. This is the second video in my series covering the basics of photography including everything from the exposure triangle to how to look at light and compose around it. I hope that this is a helpful video and gives you food for thought when it comes to approaching your photography.
