The Steiner Brothers, Rick and Scott Steiner, are arguably one of the greatest wrestling tag teams in wrestling history. Having worked in WCW, WWE, ECW, TNA and NJPW, The Steiners have entertained wrestling fans for many years. While most modern wrestling fans are aware of Scott Steiner's solo career, the tag team of The Steiners had old school wrestling fans jumping out of their seats during the late 80s and early 90s.

Both Rick and Scott Steiner were NCAA qualifiers during their days in the University of Michigan. The Steiners took there amateur wrestling backgrounds and applied it to their professional wrestling ring style, making Rick and Scott an intense and hard-hitting tag team when they got together in Jim Crockett Promotions / WCW. Their matches against the likes of Doom, The Fabulous Freebirds, The Varsity Club and The Nasty Boys were all good to great, but their first run in WCW wasn't without trouble, as Scott Steiner found out when he faced Ric Flair for the World Heavyweight Championship.
