Surprise My sister on Christmas

On December 23 of 2008, Chicago had a big snow storm with over 500 fly canceled that day, I was trying go get out of Chicago, to surprise my family on Christmas, since I did not expended this special holyday with them in the last 6 years, after four canceled fly and 24 hours of fighting with American Airlines. I was able to arrive on Buenos Aires at 11am.
I went to Adrians house, my neighbor and asked him to call my sister and tell him to come over to his house that he had a letter for her.
The letter said. (You will be able to see my sister face after she finished reading the letter).
Dear sister.
I tried to give you the surprise to be there on Christmas, but Chicago had a very bad storm and my fly got canceled, but since you are blond and dont think much, you will never understand that there is no way this hand written letter will be able to get here without me.
