The New America Foundation and the American Human Development Project of the Social Science Research Council invite you to a discussion of the new American Human Development Index report, The Measure of America 2010-2011: Mapping Risks and Resilience. An easy-to-understand measure of health, education, and income, the American Human Development Index ranks the 50 states, 435 congressional districts and the nation's main racial/ethnic groups by how well they are doing in the wake of the Great Recession.
