Distal wire perforation in Vein Graft PCI

Unwanted complication of distal wire perforation in VG stenting.

Workhorse wire was sion blue. Stentys self expanding stents were used to stent both proximal and distal lesions.

Wired perforated vessel and then changed over to progreat microcatheter. 2x 1.1 mm coils. Ongoing leak, tried balloon temponade across the vessel but ongoing bleeding. So another 1.5mm coil with good result.
