Evening Run Reflections | God’s Mirror in Us | No Music, Just Truth & Breath

Last night’s run was a quiet one — no music, no podcast, no distractions. Just me, the road, the Insta360 camera, and the rhythm of my breath.

In that solitude, I found myself opening up to a thought I don’t hear often enough — it’s okay to hate God. Because even in our worst moments, in our darkest emotions, He still loves us.

I believe we are mirrors of God — created in His image, not just physically or spiritually, but in our complexity. The Good. The Bad. The Ugly. All of it. To feel rage or resentment, to doubt, to feel distance from Him… it’s human. It’s what makes our journey real.

And maybe, just maybe, God designed it that way — not to be worshiped out of fear, but to be understood through the full spectrum of love. That’s what I rambled on about in this short video. No big agenda. Just raw thought, a run through the evening light, and a moment to reflect.

I hope it makes you think. Or breathe deeper. Or forgive yourself a little more.

Because we’re not meant to be perfect reflections of God — we’re meant to be evolving ones.
