1940 ZENITH 8 Tube Radio REPAIR Part 1 of 3 Model 8-S-463 Looking at the Cabinet and Chassis

We’ve been visiting Antique stores and brought home a 1940 Zenith Console Radio.
It’s a Model 8-S-463 , Chassis number is 5808.
The Radio doesn’t play but the cabinet was so nice we’ve decided to try and Restore it.

In Part 1 we start disassembly of the radio and plan our steps in the Restoration.
