India's rising coronavirus cases have brought the country's health care system to the brink of collapse. Critics say a lack of coordination between hospitals, overworked doctors and a shortage of resources are costing lives. DW talked Dr. Jugal Kishore, Secretary of Delhi's Public Health Association. He also heads the department of community medicine at Saf-dar-jung Hospital, which treats Covid-19 cases.
