Whatsup everyone! Today we are talking about anger, moodswings, and meltdowns! We all get them, everyone in the world get them! But how much does our ADHD have an effect on them? As we know ADHD has many symptoms that come along with it, symptoms that throw off our brain chemistry and give us a hard time regulating emotions! Today we are talking about which ADHD symptoms effect our moods and lead to the big moodswings and meltdowns we are all famous for!
