MENSTRUATION: Dapat at Hindi Dapat Gawin

1. Maghugas ng puwerta gamit ang tubig. Puwede ang mild soap sa labas ng puwerta (vagina).
2. Gumamit ng Cotton na Sanitary Napkin. Magpalit bawat 3-4 oras.
3. Maghugas ng kamay palagi pag-palit ng napkin.
4. Puwede MALIGO sa panahon ng regla. Magiging mas presko at malinis ka. Huwag maniwala sa maling sabi-sabi.
5. May tulong ang WARM SHOWER para mabawasan ang sakit sa puson (menstrual cramps).
