Turning Out Part 12 (AroAce Anything MAP | The Walking Dead)

im so excited i got to nab a part in this MAP, this song is very near and dear to me but i had to bide my time as backup, i was so sure i wasnt gonna get a part.....but then : ]

Anyway, another excuse to indulge in my current fixation, The Walking Dead tv show, as ive said before, i watched up until season 6 or so (as much as i love the show, its absolute dogshit lol), and i was a huge Daryl x Carol shipper, still am, but i also ship them hardcore as friends. As much as i want the ship to happen, Daryl comes across as not interested in romance whatsoever, and I imagine that his snotnosed brother, Merle, would have something nasty to say about his lack of romance in his brothers life. i dunno!

In this part, I can see Daryl trying to talk about how he feels to his brother, that he feels different, who immediately shuts him down saying: he's fine and to get over whatevers messed up in his head. Then a few years later, Carol fills in the void that Daryl needs someone to confide and truly feel himself around.

Also i like to imagine Daryl's always liked flowers (explains how and why he knew about the Cherokee Rose he'd give to Carol) but his brother probably thought it was all sissy crap garbage, but now he freely wears on his body.
