Central NY inmate escapes from deputies, tries to steal car to get away
An Oneida County inmate managed to escape from sheriff’s deputies May 10, 2023, and tried to steal a car before being detained. Mitchell J. Clark, 40, got away from deputies around 12:26 p.m. after a court appearance at Utica city court for criminal contempt and harassment charges, deputies said in a news release.
