2026.R1 Part 2: Scaling RF (Filter) Design with an AI/ML Enhanced Platform

RF engineers frequently work with Mechanical Engineers (ME) to finalize a CAD design. Often times, because of practical reasons, the mechanical requirements result in non-uniform or irregular shaped cavities, resulting in enlarged cavity space to maximize unloaded Q. This creates multiple iterations of work between the engineering teams, which can be complicated further with multiple engineering software tools. Inefficiencies from this exchange can introduce even more uncertainties to the simulation and optimization results.

We're trying to solve this problem by completely automating your mechanical design layout.

After guiding a user through our intelligent filter synthesis system, users can enter XY boundary dimensions and use our 'Smart Layout' tool to generate an efficient layout design. Users can further fine tune the layout by customizing each single cavity node.
