Phantom Doctrine is a cold-war themed Turn-Based strategy set in the early 1980’s. In Phantom Doctrine, you lead "The Cabal" in fighting a conspiracy committed to controlling the world. Akin to the XCOM series, Phantom Doctrine's combat is turn based with similar aesthetics and mechanics. Choose to join the KGB, CIA or Mossad and bring down the opposition.
