Welcome to our family travel channel. In this episode, we travel across the Aegean Sea to the Greek island of Thira - better known as Santorini - one of many beautiful Cyclades Islands.

We've stayed in many unusual places on our trip around the world, but this was our first cave house! Built into the side of a cliff, our Santorini cave home included multiple bedrooms, a kitchen, two lofts, a large living area and a beautiful balcony overlooking the caldera.

Perhaps one of our most relaxing stays on our entire RTW trip, this cave house provided just enough privacy yet easy access to all that village of Oía had to offer including stunning sun sets each evening.
