The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Part 1- Out of the Map Glitch (Anvil)

How to leave Anvil without loading in the actual map of the wilderness itself. This leads to no ground textures, funny water textures and no collision in an area such as Kvatch. The small map still says I’m in Anvil even though I’m not. Glitch found on accident. On Xbox One.
