Racking Late Harvest Honey Pilsner

With cooler temperatures it is time to make my favorite Pilsner. This has 10 LBs of grain Irish moss [kelp] and a honey locust pod in with the hops to sweeten it against the hop bitterness. My beer is made the old school way naturally carbonated in the bottle with 1 cup of corn sugar before bottling. The cost of a case of beer in Ontario is average $50.00 MINE IS $12.OO.
