Controlling Ableton Live with AI - Ableton Live MCP Server [Extended - Repository Release]

Ableton MCP Extended is now available through GitHub.

In this video, I demonstrate how to control @Ableton using natural language and your favourite AI model.

Ableton MCP Extended is a framework that integrates powerful conversational AIs (LLMs) and web services (like for example ElevenLabs) directly with the Ableton Live API. It uses a custom remote script and a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server to translate your natural language commands into concrete actions inside your DAW. This allows for a fluid, conversational approach to music creation, and tool/instrument development, like shown in the demonstration.
