"State of Cykosis" was recorded at Boomer's, mixed and mastered at Fil's.

"Blood Stains the Cykodelichell Mix was programmed at Fil's, recorded at Audiomatrix (unfortunately) and hell mixed over at Fil's (by Fil's alter ego "The Hellmaster").

Cykosis asked ICP to do a song with them back in 1994, and the song on this single, Blood Stains, is the song. ICP hated it and asked Cykosis not to release it. They put it out the following year, and ICP sued them.
