Today, the House of Representatives overwhelmingly passed a bill requiring the Justice Department to release files on Jeffrey Epstein, voting 427-1, with GOP Rep. Clay Higgins opposed.

Before the vote, Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, excoriated Democrats for using the files to target President Trump and criticized them for redacting Virginia Giuffre’s name in an email from Epstein to Ghislaine Maxwell, despite her sworn statement that Trump did nothing wrong.
“Why black out her name? She already testified under oath that she never saw any wrongdoing by President Trump,” Jordan said.
