In this particular video, RaDona does Alisha’s hair. This particular client, is very adventurous when it comes to her hair. This hairstyle is for anyone who wants a bold, fun, adventurous haircut. You will start by shaving both of the sides onto the back at a point. You will use a number 2 clipper to shave the sides of her hair. NOT THE TOP OF THE HAIR. After the haircut, they will dye the hair black. Make sure you keep the hair that you don’t want shaved out of the way. You will use the part of the shaved hair and the not shaved as a guide point to clean it all up. Make sure you follow the straight line. This haircut is a different hairstyle that you probably haven’t seen before. This client has a fun husband as well that always has different hair colors as well. Make sure you go slow with the clippers. This way, you don’t make mistakes and keep it clean. For this client, RaDona shaves her sideburns into a point. This really makes the hair dye pop and look super cool. Make sure that you clean the sides. This client likes the length that it is at already, so you will just want to add a lot of texture. You will want to make sure that you use your texturizing shears from the middle to the back. To get rid of some of the bulk in the back, you will texture the ends. RaDona makes sure to bring the back up to have it even to the front, so the back isn’t hanging. This is something that you want to be aware of when you do a haircut with someone who has some of the hair shaved off.

For styling products, RaDona uses her “magic products” Monat. The products she uses are unique to your type of hair and haircut. The first product RaDona uses is the Monat’s Root Lifter. You will especially put it in the top and back so that it will give volume and help the hair in the back stand up. Then RaDona uses Monat’s Moose. ( make sure you only use one pump. This moose is all natural and super concentrated. If you put in more than one pump, your hair will feel super heavy and have too much product in it.- one squirt is all you need). This spray will help make the hair look and feel thicker than it actually is. After adding these, you will start to blow dry her hair. After drying her hair, RaDona uses 2 drops of Monat’s Rejuvenique Oil. You will put it all over her hair to shine and condition her hair.
