Apache Helicopters Deck Landing Quals On USN Vessel
U.S. Army AH-64 Apache Helicopters conduct deck landing qualifications in the Persian Gulf aboard the USS Lewis B. Puller (ESB-3). Puller is the first purposely-built expeditionary mobile base vessel for the United States Navy. The Apache Helicopters belong to Task Force Saber (4th Squadron, 6th Cavalry Regiment).
