MY WINTER NIGHT ROUTINE IN ENGLAND » To relax & sleep deeply 🍂

Welcome to my winter night time routine in England, Uk :)
My evening is set up for two things: getting a long and deep nights sleep and allowing me to separate from the stress of the day, decompress and have some much needed relaxation.
My night routine now consists of organising my work space for the following day, strong camomile teas (because they really work for me!), baths, deep breathing, meditation, bullet journalling, good food, TV and audiobooks and it makes me feel like melting ice-cream! All i need is a warm fire and I'd be complete.
