12 Valve Cummins gets a fuel plate and governor spring upgraded install - 95 Dodge Ram 3500 Dually

It's finally happened, the start of more power for the Cummins powered Dodge. The #8 fuel plate and 3000 RPM governor springs, they were a must. However, they have lead to making some other well known dodge issue's more pronounced. Next time, exhaust? Oh yeah, have to add more power before looking into issue's, right?
