look up the company’s Earnings Call Report / Financial Report before your interviews‼️

Using Google’s example in the video, I would ask Qs to the interviewer:

“I know that much of Google’s growth has been fueled by AI, especially through Search, YouTube, and Cloud, I’m curious to know what that means for the team’a objectives”

Using Spotify’s example in the video, there’s alot of focus on the word “revenue” and “profitability”, given that’s the company’s core objective.

assuming your interviewer asked: How would you grow Spotify’s users?

Answer: “I read from the Q4 earnings report that Spotify is focusing on revenue growth, so if I were to grow users at Spotify, I would focus on high quality users who are more likely to become a paying subscriber, since one of the revenue growth levers includes increasing the number of subscribers on Spotify… etcetc”
