(RIP) LEON WARE Live at The Blue Whale (2015)

LEON WARE visited the set of the All Music Television music series The Jazz Creative in 2015. We enjoyed Leon so much that we invited him to our next shoot in Pacific Palisades where he reconnected with pianist Cameron Graves. The Motown songwriting legend behind many of Marvin Gaye's hits had stopped by to meet us and let us know that he was back! Leon was an American music artist, songwriter and composer. He was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. Besides a solo career as a performer, Ware is best known for producing hits for other artists including Michael Jackson, Quincy Jones, Maxwell, Minnie Ripperton and Marvin Gaye. In this short clip we shot of him as he took to the piano, it was obvious he still had it! RIP Leon Ware. I'm glad we met you!
