Spiti Road Trip 2021 | Exploring totally unexplored places
Welcome to Episode 6 of my epic road trip to Spiti Valley (Certainly consider myself fortunate to have done this trip in 2021). I am in Pangmo Village today which is about 27 km from Kaza, also happens to be the biggest town in Spiti. I am witnessing all the local crafts of this village and also having a few conversations with the local artists. Making carpets, shawls, and doing stone carving are a few of the best things you will get to witness in this village during winter. Also, Pangmo village is just 45 mins drive from Kaza - yet it's a totally unexplored destination so far. There are just 20-30 houses in this village and the population is about 120-130. I stayed here for 3 days at this wonderful homestay called SPITI SOJOURN. What makes the homestay even more wonderful is its owner: Namka Bhaiya :)
