The Weepy Voiced Killer

Paul Michael Stephani, aka The Weepy Voiced Killer, was a serial killer active between 1980 and 1982. He was named ‘the weepy voiced Killer’ because on several occasions, he made anonymous phone calls to the police with a high pitch voice plagued with remorse while reporting his own crimes. Paul Stephani operated in the area of Minneapolis, Saint Paul. During his active years as a serial killer, Paul Stephani murdered three women and attempt to kill other two.
