Ingredients
300g taro ( wash , peel , cut into cubes 1.5cmx1.5cm )
300g sweet potatoes ( same as taro )
50g cane sugar
30g black sugar
200ml coconut cream
3 pandan leaves ( knot )
tapioca jellies
(blue)
Abt 12 dried blue pea flowers
water abt 80g to 100g , we'll need 40g to 50g
50g tapioca starch
(green)
Abt 2-3 pandan leaves
100g water , we'll need 40g to 50g of extract

Bubur cha cha is one of the popular dessert in Singapore & Malaysia. But you can also find them in Indonesia, Thailand or other parts of Southeast Asia with many different varieties .I'm cooking the Singapore version . It can be served hot or cold , thick with coconut milk & pandan fragrance ,added with soft taro , sweet potatoes and soft & chewy tapioca jellies , perfect dessert for any occasions !
