PH571 - Performance Hybrid Vehicle

Georgia Tech undergraduate students Ben Horst (ME), Louis Williams (CS), Blake Fuller (EE), Riley Exterovich (EE), Josh Preissle (ME), and Dylan Radford (ME) present their senior Capstone Design Project. Most cars on the road today perform well in only two of these three scenarios: urban commuting, long-range travel, or performance driving. By creating a versatile hybrid-electric powertrain and designing control schemes for distinct drive modes, the team has built a vehicle that can excel in all three.
