This is the first part of a two-part introduction to Centering Prayer, with LJ Milone, an author and director of faith formation. He leads the conferences "Prayer as Relationship" and "The Method of Centering Prayer - The Prayer of Consent," in which he covers the four guidelines of Centering Prayer. This part concludes with a question-and-answer session with LJ and Fr. Carl Arico. This Zoom workshop was sponsored by Contemplative Outreach of Maryland and Washington.
