A Mental Health Day || Adulting is Hard
In this video, I share my personal experience of having a mental breakdown and the importance of taking time for oneself. It serves as a reminder to listen to our needs, learn to recognize the signs of burnout, and prioritize self-care. By taking a step back and embracing the concept of a mental health day, we can recharge, refocus, and ultimately improve our well-being. I am learning to take it slow, and going with the flow. Remember, your mental health matters.
