Earl of Stamford Morris dancing King Harry, Ilmington at Chester Folk Festival 2017

Based on the dance taught by New Esperance Morris at Whitby Folk Week in 2016, but adapted to fit our style of dancing Ilmington.

The tune was published in Cornwall in the 18th Century as Giddy's King Harry, but after our musicians thought it would be better on trumpets than squeezeboxes, Bernard discovered that it is a version of King William's March by Jeremiah Clarke.
