The GGR185 “TDC Finder” makes finding Top Dead Centre so much easier, simply remove the spark plug on No1 cylinder and screw in by hand the TDC Finder, then rotate the engine using a socket and bar on the front crankshaft pulley. As you can see the dial rotates in a clockwise direction until reaching TDC at which point it starts to rotate anticlockwise this is the point of TDC which can be clearly seen as the crankshaft is rotated forward and back.
