JoeTisserie Thanksgiving Turkey on Kamado Joe

It's turkey time! This year we're spinning our thanksgiving turkey on the Kamado Joe JoeTisserie. We took a 15 lb turkey, brined 24 hours in "the briner" using Atlanta Grill Company's "Brine Thyme". Trussed the turkey, balanced the Turkey on the JoeTisserie skewer, set the FireBoard 2 to 325 degrees F and let it spin. The total cook time was roughly 2.5 hours but go off of the turkey breast internal temp. We shot for 160 degrees F and pulled the turkey.
