CORN VEG CROQUETTES ❤️

INGREDIENTS
Boiled Potato - 500gms
Fried onions - 30gms
Chilli powder - 30gms
Garama masala -25gms
Jeera powder - 30gms
Maida - 50gms
Salt - To taste
Thin crust semiya - 50gms
Corn kernels - 30gms
Satay sticks
Bread crumbs
Oil to fry

METHOD
*In a bowl mix boiled potatoes, fried onion, corn kernels, jeera powder, pepper, salt, chilli powder, garama masala, coriander leaves and mix well.
*Mold portions onto satay sticks.
*Mix together maida, cornflour, water and salt into a batter and dip the satay portions and coat with bread crumbs and thin crust semiya.
* Fry the portions in medium to high flame until it turns golden brown !
*Serve hot with ketchup :)
