Ben Paneccasio is a first generation Italian-Australian who loves to travel and have constant new experiences. Ben was fortunate to have the opportunity to begin traveling at a young age due to his talent as a soccer player.

Some of the most memorable experiences of his 20 year soccer career include traveling overseas at age 16 to trial for the Manchester United Academy and Manchester City Academy, playing professionally in Scotland and Australia, and getting a scholarship to play in the United States where he completed his Undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and Masters in Business.

Ben then worked as a Performance Specialist for Grand Canyon University's men's soccer program for several years. During this time, he began to shift his focus inward and explore concepts like meditation, mindfulness, awareness and the ego. While on this journey he began to attract people into his life who were also on this path of self discovery and seeking guidance. Through this he found a deep passion for helping others on their personal journey and was able to integrate what he had learnt by introducing meditative practices into his training session with the soccer team. This had profound effect on the collective mindset and overall moral of the team.

Since April of 2019 Ben has lived a nomadic lifestyle with his wife Cat. Ben now travels around the world following his desire and working remotely with people who are seeking inner peace and happiness.
