In Modern Times software development has changed a great deal and with it has come new problems and solutions for those directly involved. One major change is the availability of data on all sorts of aspects of the software and the business. A former Test Manager, now Data Scientist at Microsoft, Brent will discuss how people in Test roles can leverage their passion for the Customer and begin their journey towards using this data to drive up Quality while reducing Time.
