Andy Griffith's Mayberry filming backlot and Desilu Studio

Jeff will be your tour guide as he visits the place in Culver City, Calif., which once was the RKO Studios and later Desilu Studios backlot where Mayberry and the Andy Griffith Show were shot. He will discuss how the RKO 40 Acres backlot was where "Gomer Pyle," "Batman," "Hogan's Heroes," "Gone With the Wind," and movies were filmed. Today is it the Hayden Industrial Tract. He will also drop by the Desilu-Cahuenga Studio to show you where the indoor filming of the "Andy Griffith Show" and "I Love Lucy" Show took place.
