SoD Tanking, SoR vs SoM Scaling Math and Mechanics

TLDR = Right now Blizzard is forcing us to pick between Stam/Spell Power and Str/Agi (Crit). Later its just all the same gear Str/Crit/Spell Power.

SoM coverts Spell Power into DPS at 27% Ratio... aka 100 Spell Power = +27 Holy Damage DPS.

SoR Converts SP at 45% Ratio.

+100 Str for both builds has SoR gaining 85 TPS and SoM gaining 90 TPS.
+130 SP for both builds is +141 TPS SoR and +85 TPS SoM

Yes this factors in Crit chance, Kings, Divine Str, Armor, Miss Chance... damn near everything except Oils.

Point is the scaling for Attack Power is very close and the Spell Power Scaling isn't even Close... SoR wins.

So by the time you are waring T2 for tanking... or Avengers... SoR just out scales SoM HARD.
