Just a quick update on Hyliion/Tortoise Merger. Finally, we have a good news we all have been waiting for, Tortoise Acquisition Corp has filed a definitive proxy statement this morning relating to merger with Hyliion. This is an official update from SEC Filing that was made public today that I am sharing with you.

They have invited all Stockholders to attend the special meeting of stockholders of Tortoise Acquisition Corp, to Vote the merger, this meeting will be held at 9:30 a.m., Eastern time, on September 28, 2020, via live webcast. The special meeting will be completely virtual. There will be no physical meeting location and the special meeting will only be conducted via live webcast.

Upon the Closing, they intend to change the name from “Tortoise Acquisition Corp.” to “Hyliion Holdings Corp.,” and we have applied to continue the listing of our Class A Common Stock and warrants on the NYSE under the symbols “HYLN” and “HYLN WS,” respectively.
